Sign up to be the first to hear when Advance tickets go on sale for a future Hull Trains service. You can book up to 26 weeks before you travel but for dates more than 26 weeks in the future, this is the perfect tool. Remember, the early bird catches the worm so plan ahead and sign-up for the date you are interested in and we'll email you when the date goes on sale.
Due to engineering works some weekend services are not yet available for bookings as we await confirmation of our timetable, these dates are listed as exclusions below. In addition, there are some dates where not all services are affected. These have been highlighted separately on our Engineering Works page which is updated as soon as we have opened these services for bookings.

When do Hull Trains advance tickets go on sale?
Hull Trains Advance tickets are usually released up to 26 weeks before travel. If your travel date is not yet available, you can sign up for a Cheap Ticket Alert and we’ll email you as soon as tickets go on sale. Weekend dates may be released later due to engineering works or timetable confirmation.
How do Cheap Ticket Alerts work?
Cheap Ticket Alerts are notifications by email when Advance train tickets become available for your chosen travel date for a Hull Trains service. Simply enter your travel date and email address, and you'll receive an alert once tickets are released.
Are Advance train tickets cheaper?
Advance train tickets are usually the cheapest fares available because they are released in advance before the day of travel. Booking early can help you secure lower fares on popular Hull Trains services.
Can I get alerts for London train tickets?
Yes, you can sign up for alerts which will include Hull Trains services to London King’s Cross.
Why are some train dates not available yet?
Some travel dates may not yet be open for booking because of planned engineering works on our route or timetable changes. Hull Trains updates ticket availability as soon as services are confirmed.
Where can I find details about amended timetables?
Sometimes amended timetables are in place in times of engineering works, for example. We have a full list of upcoming dates with details of timetable amendments on our Engineering Works page where you can also download PDF timetables.
Can I use a Railcard with Advance tickets?
Yes, most Railcards can be used to discount Advance fares and save even more on Hull Trains journeys.
